Suministrar el producto en jeringas desechables e irrigar despu\u00e9s del legrado del tejido de granulaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Recomendar el uso del producto para adaptar el entorno oral previo al procedimiento quir\u00fargico para la instalaci\u00f3n de implantes dentales, cirug\u00edas de tejidos blandos y \/ o injerto \u00f3seo y cirug\u00eda ortogn\u00e1tica. Se recomienda el enjuague diario, 3 veces al d\u00eda, cada 8 horas, comenzando de 7 a 14 d\u00edas antes del procedimiento quir\u00fargico.<\/li><li>Indicar el uso del producto en el postoperatorio de tratamientos quir\u00fargicos y no quir\u00fargicos. (Figuras &#8211; imagen inicial).<\/p><p>La placa bacteriana y el traumatismo por oclusi\u00f3n se consideraron como etiolog\u00eda de los defectos mucogingivales. Como ejecuci\u00f3n del tratamiento, se inici\u00f3 con instrucciones detalladas para el control y la profilaxis de la higiene bucal, seguido de un ajuste oclusal. Posteriormente, las recesiones elementales fueron tratadas quir\u00fargicamente con cirug\u00eda pl\u00e1stica mucogingival.<\/p><p>Noventa d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la cirug\u00eda, la paciente demostr\u00f3 \u00e9xito en la cobertura de los elementos 31 y 43, mientras esperaba el injerto gingival libre en el 43 (Figura &#8211; 3 meses). Sin embargo, 2 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de la operaci\u00f3n, luego de un mantenimiento periodontal actualizado, hubo una recurrencia de recesiones en los elementos 33 y 31 (Figura-2 a\u00f1os). Observe en esta figura la dificultad del paciente para mantener el control de la placa. En este momento, cre\u00edamos que este paciente necesitaba ayuda con el control de la placa antes de realizar un nuevo
